Some important points:

  • You cannot make on line payments on this website
  • We accept payment by PayPal for an additional charge of 3.0 to 4.5% of the total order value - see below
  • We do not accept American Express
  • We do not store any bank card data on our computer files
  • We do not share any customer data with other organisations

The majority of our customers are people we have been supporting for many years and they are happy to contact us by phone with their card data or make alternative payment arrangements when they have been advised of the total cost of the order including shipping and handling.

We will assess your order and then e mail you the total cost including shipping and handling and any banking/PayPal charges. If you want to proceed with your order please make your payment.

UK customers

Direct bank transfer (also known as BACS) is the preferred method as it involves no disclosure of any card data. We do not recommend the use of PayPal but it can be used for an additional charge - see below.

If you would like to pay by credit/debit card we will need the card number, the expiry date and the security code from the back of the card. Do not send your card number by e mail. Please contact us by phone to give us the card data in the first instance. For subsequent orders please send your card security code only.

Customers outside the UK

Payment by credit/debit card is the preferred method. Payment by PayPal is possible but involves additional charges - see below.

If you would like to pay by credit/debit card we will need the card number, the expiry date and the security code from the back of the card. Do not send your card number by e mail. Please contact us by phone to give us the card data in the first instance. For subsequent orders please send your card security code only.

Payment by PayPal

The additional cost of taking payment on line would mean we would have to increase our prices considerably for all customers to cover those costs. We think that would be unfair to the majority for the benefit of a small minority. So, we have no plans to change our current policy on this for on-line payment. We can now take payment by Paypal and will add the additional cost of the transaction to the customer total - you can choose this method when you check out.

The additional amount we will add is as follows:

United Kingdom & Europe (excluding Eastern Europe & Switzerland) - 3.0%

USA & Canada - 3.5%

Eastern Europe & Switzerland - 4.0%

Rest of the World - 4.5%
