The self locking rigging screw, ref. 030-030SL, can be used in a non self locking mode by removing the O ring. Add a normal M3 nut or a Nyloc self locking nut as preferred to provide the lock nut function.

Rigging screw - small. Single end design, nickel plated brass, M3 thread, lock nut, 1.2 mm diameter stainless steel wire. The next size larger rigging screw is ref. 30-035SL. The next size smaller rigging screw is ref. 30-020.

The eyebolt part of the rigging screw is the SAILSetc eyebolt, ref. 035-020, and has 20 mm of thread. The lock nut is 2.5 mm thick so the maximum safe adjustment length is about 13 mm.

A small single ended rigging screw ideal for shrouds and kicking straps on classes like 36/600, 36R, US 1M, IOM, M, 10R and so on.

Bend the wire to make a hook of permanent attachment to a deck eye. Attach the shroud to the eye in the eyebolt end.

The self locking version ref. 030-030SL is a more user-friendly version of this product.
