Details
Ball raced gooseneck/compression strut unit that rotates concentrically around a 12 mm round mast tube and suitable for 36", 36/600 or similar size boats with a flush deck. The body is 40 mm high.
Choose for use with 12 mm or 12.7 mm (1/2") Ø mast.
The ideal boom material is a simple piece of 10 mm Ø carbon tube requiring no special bonding to fit the gooseneck unit. The gooseneck is designed to grip the main boom and allow it to be moved in/out to change the camber of the mainsail foot. This avoids having a clew adjustment at the boom end and minimises the length of the main boom.
